I was born in Russia but lived in 6 countries across 3 continents and travelled all over the place.
Married at a young age but had to leave my 11-year relationship behind (lots of lessons learned!)
At the age of 27 I started feeling depressed and it took me 3 years to admit that I had a problem when I started having suicidal thoughts.
I got myself out of that dark place by going all in on personal development, doing deep shadow work and by connecting to spirituality.
I truly believe that we all have a calling in this life and our desires are indicators of that. If we ignore our needs and desires long enough - we become disconnected and depressed.
I have always enjoyed helping people and after working with a coach for the first time I realised that this is where my life experience meets my strengths and my passion!
My mission is to help people elevate consciousness, reconnect with their true Self and rediscover their light!

Through a proven step-by-step process we find out the negative emotions, limiting beliefs, identify patterns and traumas that are keeping you stuck and preventing you from getting the results you desire.

Using a specific NLP script we release the negative emotions from your subconscious mind and change limiting beliefs to empowering ones.
For example:
Release shame around body image
Release guilt & anger from childhood
Replace "I'm not worthy" belief with "I am worthy"

From this new place of emotional freedom we get clear on what you REALLY want (not what you "should" want). We create a few goals, a vision to achieve those goals and set you up for success.
